Working principle of Sawdust Pellet Production Line
Small Biomass Pellet Line adopts the principle of interaction between the extrusion force between the annular die and the pressing wheel and the friction force of the die hole to shape the material. No additives and adhesives are required during the processing of the material. Wood materials have the characteristics of softening. When the temperature reaches a certain value, they soften. Under a certain pressure, the bonding force causes the fiber molecular clusters to dislocate, deform, and extend, and the adjacent biomass particles are recombined and pressed into shape.
Product Advantages
Advantage 1: Direct transmission with open-line cylindrical helical gears, high transmission efficiency.
Advantage 2: The transmission gear tooth blank is treated with normalizing heat after water forging, which improves the hardness of the tooth surface; the tooth surface is carburized, and the carburized layer is as deep as 2.4mm to improve wear resistance and extend the service life of parts; the hard tooth surface is treated with silent fine grinding and edge repairing process to make the operation quiet and stable.
Advantage 3: The main shaft and the connected hollow shaft structural steel are processed by water forging, rough turning, heat treatment, fine turning and fine grinding. The reasonable structure and uniform hardness improve the component quality and wear resistance, providing guarantee for operation.
Advantage 4: The main engine box is made of steel precision casting, with uniform thickness and tight structure; it provides strong support for normal operation.
