Hydraulic protection device is a hydraulic pump which injects high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder to produce axial displacement of the piston. The front joint top of the piston rod is on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirement.

When there is too much feed between the two rollers or metal blocks, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is under pressure and overload, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, the relief valve opens and returns oil, and the piston rod shifts to make the gap between the rollers widen so that the hard objects pass through the rollers, and the system pressure will return to normal, which can protect the rollers from damage.
