Features of homemade wood pellet mill line
The pellet fuel after molding has high specific gravity, small volume, combustion resistance, and is easy to store and transport. Working principle of Sawdust Pellet Machine line:
After pretreatment, the material enters the pelletizer (through the action of centrifugal force, the material continuously moves in a circular motion and adheres to the inner wall surface of the die, forming a uniform annular material layer, and the material is continuously rotated and extruded by the roller, so that it is forced into the ring die hole for forming and continuously extruded outward). Through the continuous rotation and extrusion of the roller and the platen, the material enters the die hole as it rotates. After a certain period of pressure maintenance, the particles with a certain density and strength are squeezed out of the die hole, and cut into the required length by the cutter and pushed to the discharge port.
