Product Analysis

(1) Raw material screening and crushing
The raw materials of the project are mainly straw. The raw materials of the project are collected, and after the impurities are removed by the drum screen, they are crushed by the shredder.
(2) Drying
Biomass molded fuel has strict requirements on the moisture content of the raw materials. After the raw materials are crushed, they are sent to the hot air furnace drying system by the conveyor for hot air drying.
(3) Cyclone separation
After the raw materials are dried, the moisture is discharged by the cyclone separator during the transportation process. At the same time, the molded fuel is also separated from the moisture by the cyclone separator after cooling.
(4) Pellet forming
The biomass fuel forming machine is the key equipment of the production line. The equipment adopts a single motor V-belt transmission system with an ideal transmission ratio, large driving torque and smooth transmission. It is equipped with ring dies with various apertures and thicknesses between φ6mm and φ12mm. Users can choose any one according to different needs to obtain the best technical and economic benefits. It adopts advanced variable frequency motors for feeding, is equipped with overload protection devices, and is equipped with magnetic plate iron removal devices. It has high output, low noise, and is easy to operate and maintain.
(5) Cooling
The temperature of the discharged biomass fuel is as high as 80-98 degrees, the structure is relatively loose, and it is easy to break. It must pass through a countercurrent cooling system and be cooled to room temperature before it can be put into storage.
(6) Packaging
After the project is cooled, the product is measured, packed in bags, and sent to the finished product warehouse.
