1. Raw materials. The fewer impurities in the raw materials, the more finished products of drying and granulation. Raw materials with more impurities need to be screened and then dried. The output will be relatively low.
2. Humidity of the material. The humidity of the material is also called the water content of the material. The production of biomass pellets requires drying the excess moisture of the raw materials before compression and granulation. Therefore, the more moisture content of the material, the less finished products are made.
3. Equipment quality. The quality of the equipment is very important. Under the same humidity and raw materials, the quality of the selected drying and granulation equipment determines the quantity and quality of the finished biomass pellets.

The raw material size of the biomass pellet machine needs to be controlled within 1 cm in diameter. If it is too large, it is easy to get stuck in the feed port, which is not conducive to the machine forming. So don't throw all the raw materials into the pellet machine, it will go on strike, and it should be crushed.
At present, the only machine that can be used for large-scale production of pellets is the ring die pellet machine. This technology pellet machine has high production capacity and can be mass-produced.
The diameters of biomass pellet fuels on the market are mainly 8 mm, 10 mm, 6 mm, etc., mainly 8 and 10 mm, and 6 mm is mainly used for fireplace fuel.
