Product Analysis
Granulation principle
The motor drives the main shaft of the machine to rotate after the speed is changed by the reducer. The main shaft is connected to the roller shaft, the mold is stationary, and the roller and the mold material rotate by friction. The material is pressed out of the mold and the cutter cuts the extruded material and falls into the throwing plate, which is thrown to the machine discharge hopper. Granulation is completed.
