A complete production line for processing biomass pellets requires a series of equipment to complete the entire process from raw material processing to final product packaging. The following are the main categories and brief introductions of these equipment:
Pulverizer: Function: Used to crush and grind raw materials (such as straw, rice husks, sawdust, etc.) to achieve a size suitable for subsequent process steps. The particle size of the crushed material is usually less than 2mm to improve the efficiency of the equipment and reduce energy consumption.

Product Analysis
Conveyor: Function: Convey the crushed raw materials to the next process. Conveyors include belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, etc. The selection should be based on the characteristics of the materials and the production process requirements.
Dryer: Used to remove moisture from biomass raw materials to reduce the moisture content to a range suitable for pelletizing (generally below 10%~15%). Commonly used dryers include drum dryers. The heat source can be a hot air furnace (can burn coal, wood chips, or electricity). Although the cost of electric heating is high, it is flexible and diverse.
Pellet mill: It processes the processed materials into regular shapes and is the core equipment in the biomass pellet production line.
Cooling machine:
Function: Cool down the biomass pellets just processed to prevent cracking of biomass pellets.
Screening machine:
Function: Used to screen impurities in raw materials and screen pellets later to ensure uniform quality and specifications of pellets.
Packaging machine: Packaging the classified biomass pellets is the last link in the biomass pellet production line. There are many types of packaging machines, such as ton packaging machines, automatic sewing machines, etc., which can be selected according to actual needs.
