If the spline fit clearance is large, the keyway fit clearance is large, the safety pin fit clearance is large, and the inner wall of the ring die is not smooth, the above parts should be replaced. When purchasing a mechanical spindle, it is recommended to check whether there is shaking on the open machine. After the sawdust pelletizer and wheat straw pellet machine shaft is assembled, the gap between the pressure roller and the ring die should be adjusted correctly. The spacing should not be large or small, which will easily cause the main shaft to shake, the discharge is not smooth, and the current is unstable.
