The material layer between the mold rolls is too thick and unevenly distributed, resulting in material blockage. Suggestion: Stop the machine to check and adjust the gap between the nip rollers.

                The angle and thickness of the big scraper in the press chamber are not correct. Suggestion: The distance between scraper and ring mold should be about 2cm. Replace or reassemble the deflector scraper. The manufacturer's technical staff suggests that the operator's lack of understanding and mastery of the performance and use of the wood pellet mill causes the wood pellet mill to malfunction or the ring mold to clog.
