3. Moisture loss during the crushing process: If the crushing system is not designed very reasonably, the material will generate a lot of heat during the crushing process that cannot be dissipated, resulting in moisture loss, and it may also cause fire, causing safety problems and reducing crushing efficiency; therefore, it is recommended to regularly monitor the temperature changes of materials before and after crushing;

Water loss during pelleting: This is very important. Usually, the moisture content of the finished product after pelleting and cooling is about 2%-3% different from that of the raw material. This difference is worth paying attention to. Therefore, we usually monitor the moisture content of the semi-finished product after mixing and the moisture content of the finished pellets regularly for analysis and comparison.
