The compatibility of biomass pellet machine for raw materials is very high, especially crop straw, such as rice husk, wheat, peanut, corn, rice and other straw are suitable for pellet machine processing and production. Raw materials are available but generally cannot be directly put into machine processing and production, because the collected straw generally contains high moisture, and the finished product after processing has high humidity and is not easy to burn. Customers can choose to dry it before sending it to the pellet machine for processing or use drying equipment to dry the material to 8-12% moisture.
In order to produce high-quality pellets, we must not only have high requirements for pellet machines specially used for processing pellets, but also have certain requirements for the processing raw materials of the equipment. From the understanding of the types of equipment, we can know that its raw materials are of many types, so what are the detailed requirements?

1. It has different moisture requirements for different raw materials. Usually, the pellet machine requires that the moisture content of the raw materials should not exceed 15%.
2. The pellet machine requires that the larger size of the raw materials should not exceed the diameter of the die hole.
3. Hard objects such as iron blocks and stones should not be mixed into the raw materials, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.
4. High-quality pelletizing can be achieved without any additives in the raw materials. However, in order to increase production and significantly extend the service life of vulnerable parts such as die plates and rollers, it is recommended to use adhesives reasonably.
5. Try to use soft sawdust raw materials to make pellets. Many softer sawdust are easier to press together, which can effectively improve the molding rate.
6. The moisture content of the raw materials for pressing sawdust pellets is between 8% and 12%. If the moisture content is too high, the pressed pellets are loose and easy to break during packaging and transportation. If the moisture content is too low, it will cause the pellets to be difficult to press together, the pellet molding rate is low, and there are too many powdery materials.

When production is finished, shut down the machine. When shutting down, the order should be opposite to the startup order. It is from top to bottom. The steps are as follows:
1. Close the discharge door
2. When you see no material from the observation door, turn off the feeder motor, steam valve and conditioner motor.
3. Feed oily feed from the observation door to fill the ring die hole.
4. Turn off the pellet machine main motor and the oil pump motor at the same time.
5. After the main machine stops, open the door cover and remove the accumulated material in the pressing chamber.
6. Remove impurities on the magnet.
Special precautions during operation
1. There must be no foreign matter such as stones, iron, hemp rope, etc. in the powder.
2. When starting, turn on the pellet machine main motor first, and when shutting down, turn off the feeder motor first, and then turn off the conditioner motor.
3. Feed oily feed before shutting down the main motor.
4. After stopping, remove the accumulated material in the pressing chamber.
