Wood Biomass Pellet Fuel Production Machine

Feeding: Biomass raw materials (such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, etc.) are fed into the pellet machine through the feed port.
Compression:
Preliminary crushing: Before the raw materials enter the compression chamber, they may need to undergo preliminary crushing to reduce the particle size for subsequent processing.
High-pressure compression: In the compression chamber, the raw materials are compressed into strips or other shapes under high pressure. During this process, the bonding force between the raw material particles is enhanced, forming a certain strength.
High-temperature treatment: The compressed raw materials enter the high-temperature furnace for high-temperature treatment. Under high-temperature conditions, lignin and other components in the raw materials will undergo pyrolysis and polymerization reactions, causing the raw materials to further solidify and form pellets.

High temperature treatment can also increase the calorific value and corrosion resistance of the pellets, while reducing humidity and improving combustion efficiency.
Cooling and molding:
The pellets that have been treated with high temperature enter the cooling system for cooling treatment to prevent the pellets from overheating, deformation or combustion.
The cooled pellets are extruded and molded into granular solid fuels under the action of a die or extrusion plate. These pellets usually have regular shapes (such as cylindrical or rod-shaped) for easy storage, transportation and use.
Discharging: The molded pellets are discharged through the discharge port to become the final biomass pellet fuel product.
