The pellet machine pressure system is the core part of compressing the material into pellets, usually composed of pressure rollers, molds and pressure regulators. The role of the pressure roller is to compress the raw materials, while the role of the mold is to form the raw materials into a specific shape and size.
The cutting system of the pellet machine generally includes components such as cutting knives and regulators. The main function of the cutting knife is to cut the extruded pellets into a certain length, while the regulator is used to adjust the position of the cutting knife and the cutting length.
The cooling system of the pellet machine is an important part of cooling the pellets from a high temperature state to room temperature. Common cooling methods include air cooling and water cooling. Air cooling uses natural wind as the power to cool the pellets and heat through natural cooling, while water cooling uses the high thermal conductivity of water to quickly cool the pellets.

In addition, the structure of the fuel pellet machine also includes the main machine, screw feeder, dust collector, feed port and slag discharge port, transmission system, electronic control system and auxiliary facilities. The main machine is driven by a reduction motor or a frequency conversion motor through a coupling to drive the main shaft to rotate, and the pressure roller forms the material through extrusion force. Different models may also include auxiliary components such as feeding system, crushing system, transmission system, dust removal system, etc. The specific configuration will vary according to production needs.
