Solution: The formula can be adjusted appropriately to eliminate the impact.
The pellet machine steam supply is insufficient or the pressure changes from time to time.
Solution: Check whether the steam pipeline and system pressure and pressure reducing valve are normal;
There are debris in the pelletizing bin.
Solution: Clear the debris in the pelletizing bin before production.
The pellet machine main shaft bearing is worn or damaged.
Solution: Replace the bearing if necessary.
