1. Straw pellet fuel
The raw material ratio of straw pellet fuel is: 90% straw + 10% vegetable oil. Among them, straw should be selected with a moisture content of less than 12% and a length of about 5cm, crushed into appropriate size by a crusher, and then pressed into granules with a diameter of 6mm or 8mm by a pellet machine. The role of vegetable oil is to improve the calorific value and stability of biomass pellets.
2. Wood chip pellet fuel
The raw material ratio of wood chip pellet fuel is: 85% wood chip + 5% carbon powder + 10% lime. Among them, wood chips should be selected from wood chips or wood chips produced after recent log processing, with a moisture content of less than 15% and impurities of less than 5%, and pressed into granules with a diameter of 6mm or 8mm by a pellet machine. The role of carbon powder is to increase the calorific value of biomass pellets, and lime is to produce calcium and magnesium compounds when the pellets are burned, reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
3. Mixed material pellet fuel
The raw material ratio of mixed material pellet fuel is: 40% straw + 30% wheat straw + 30% sawdust. Among them, the role of straw and wheat straw is to improve the combustion performance and stability of the pellets, and the sawdust is to improve the calorific value and hardness of the pellets, making them more wear-resistant and pressure-resistant.
The production process of biomass pellet fuel includes steps such as raw material processing, mixing, pressing and drying. Among them, raw material processing is to process different raw materials into pellets of corresponding sizes, mixing is to mix raw materials of different proportions evenly, pressing is to press the mixed raw materials into pellets with a pellet machine, and drying is to dry the pellets with higher humidity until the moisture content is less than 10%.
