Product Analysis

Working principle of wood pellet machine: First of all, this machine adopts the direct connection of motor. The motor is connected to the gear shaft through the gear coupling. After the reducer changes direction by 90°, the horizontal motor drives the vertical hollow spindle, and the spindle drives the pressing wheel to roll the inner surface of the mold to complete the pressing process.
During operation, the material falls vertically from the feed port of the wood pellet machine to the upper surface of the frame plate. After the rotation of the frame plate, the material is continuously and evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold cavity (the contact surface between the pressing wheel and the mold). Under the rolling of the pressing wheel, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold (through holes evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold). In this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, resulting in physical changes or appropriate chemical changes (depending on the material), which prompts the powdered material to form a cylindrical solid body that continues to lengthen. This cylindrical solid body continues to stretch until it is cut off by the cutter evenly distributed around the mold to form particles of a certain specification; the particles scattered around the wood pellet machine mold are concentrated to the discharge port by the material-pickling teeth, and the particles automatically fall down under the action of gravity, and the pressing process of the particles is completed.
