Product Analysis
Before starting the machine, it is necessary to preheat and turn on the heating switch. When the temperature rises to 100-120℃, start the machine. First press the "main machine forward" start button. After the main machine runs for 30 seconds, press the "feeding conveyor" start button, and finally press the "discharging conveyor" start button.
Prepare wet materials with a moisture content of about 50%. According to the discharge of bulk materials, increase the amount from a small amount to a large amount, until all the die holes discharge bulk materials. First press the "feeding conveyor" stop button, wait until the main machine die hole no longer discharges materials, then press the "main machine stop" button, and finally press the "discharging conveyor" stop button. After the main machine stops, start it again and stop it again, with an interval of 1-2 minutes each time.
Equipment maintenance
1. Clean the lubricating oil regularly to keep the equipment clean.
2. Regularly replace the hydraulic oil, briquetting machine filter and other wearing parts.
3. Regularly check whether the template, mold, etc. have problems such as wear or cracks, and replace them in time if there are any problems.
4. Turn off the power supply in time after the equipment is shut down to avoid safety accidents caused by misoperation.
