Preparation before operation
1. Workers must wear safety clothing, helmets, safety shoes and gloves. Unsafe clothing such as slippers, high heels and capes are prohibited.
2. Before operation, the equipment must be cleaned and debris on and around the equipment must be removed.
3. Connect the briquetting machine to the power supply and preheat and test run as required.
Operation process
1. Put in raw materials
Put the raw materials in the hopper and distribute them evenly as required.
2. Start pressing
Press the start button and the briquetting machine starts working. During the operation, always pay attention to the operation of the equipment. If abnormal noise, leakage, etc. are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
3. Briquetting is completed
When briquetting is completed, the power supply of the equipment should be turned off in time, and pay attention to whether the surface temperature of the machine is too high to avoid damage to the equipment.
