3. Before ignition, the furnace cover must be closed and a fireproof asbestos cloth must be installed to prevent fire and oxygen from leaking. The logs can ignite naturally after being ignited, and then the gas generated from the flue on the back of the carbonization furnace is converted into flammable gas through the gasification furnace system. At the ignition port at the bottom of the carbonization furnace of the carbon rod machine, you can not only open the smoke exhauster to smoke. Generally, in about three hours, you can observe the smoke pipe on the back of the furnace. If there is no black smoke coming out, you can turn off the blower. , turn off the exhaust fan.
4. The burning time is 5-8h, and the distillation time is 10-12 hours. After carbonization, we can open the door and take out the charcoal.
