If the material is changed, the compression ratio will change, and the corresponding mold must be replaced.

The ring die pellet machine uses mechanical forced feeding, high-speed rotating centrifugal distribution into the pelletizing chamber, and the material is distributed by a scraper, so the feeding is uneven. The flat die pellet machine relies on the weight of the material to enter the pressing chamber vertically, and can feed evenly.
The ring die pellet machine has a high speed, and the material has a high breakage rate when it is discharged. The flat die pellet machine has a low speed and a low breakage rate.
The ring die pellet machine uses two screws on the eccentric wheel in the middle of the pressing wheel to adjust the pressure. The flat die pellet machine uses a threaded column center adjustment mechanism, with a top force of 100 tons, a stable fall, a soft impact, and uniform pressure.

The compression ratio of the ring die refers to the ratio of the effective working length of the ring die to the die hole diameter. The compression ratio of the ring die can be selected according to the raw material formula and product requirements. A low compression ratio can increase production, reduce energy consumption, and reduce the wear of the ring die and the roller. However, the particles are loose, of varying lengths, and the feed pulverization rate is high; on the contrary, the particles are firm, smooth and shiny in appearance, the pulverization rate is small, but the production cost is high.
