Product Analysis

1. High-precision involute cylindrical helical gears are used for direct transmission, with a transmission efficiency of more than 98%.
2. The transmission gear tooth blank is subjected to normalizing heat treatment after water forging to improve the hardness of the tooth surface; the tooth surface is carburized, and the carburized layer is as deep as 2.4mm, which enhances the wear resistance and extends the service life of the parts; the hardened tooth surface is treated with silent fine grinding and trimming technology to make the operation quieter and smoother.
3. The main shaft and the connected hollow shaft are made of imported alloy structural steel through water forging, rough turning, heat treatment, fine turning and fine grinding. The reasonable structure and uniform hardness improve the fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the components, providing more reliable guarantee for safe operation.

4. The mainframe is precision-casted with high-quality steel, with uniform thickness and tight structure; it is then carefully processed by an imported CNC machining center with zero processing accuracy. It provides stronger support for normal operation.
5. The bearings and oil seals used in the transmission part are imported high-precision bearings and wear-resistant and temperature-resistant fluororubber oil seals, and a special lubrication oil return system is added, the oil circuit is circulated and cooled, and the oil is automatically lubricated at a fixed time. Ensure that the bearings are fully lubricated and the operation is safer and more reliable.
6. The bearings used in the particle forming system are all high-quality silent bearings, and a thin oil circulation cooling and lubrication system is added, which makes the bearings have a longer service life and safer operation.
