When producing biomass pellets, the ring-die ratio is a very important parameter. During the production process, the adjustment of the ring-die ratio will directly affect the quality of the product, so the adjustment of the ring-die ratio must be completed during the debugging of the biomass pellet machine.

Product Analysis

1. Ensure that all parts are installed correctly and tightened reliably.
2. Before adjustment, all bolts on the machine must be tightened to prevent loosening.
3. After adjustment, rotate the adjusting screw on the pressure roller clockwise to increase the gap between the ring die; otherwise, it will become smaller.
4. Feed slowly at the feed port to prevent the pressure roller from suddenly accelerating and tearing the biomass pellet machine pressure roller.
5. The pressure roller should rotate smoothly and evenly, without any impact or other abnormal sounds.
6. After installing the pressure roller on the ring die, observe whether the gap between the ring die is uniform.

Fuel pellets do not require any additives, as long as the moisture content of the raw materials is between 15% and 20%. When the wood chip pellet machine is working, the material falls vertically onto the upper surface of the frame plate from the feed port of the large granulator. After the rotation of the frame plate, the material is continuously and evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold cavity (the contact surface between the pressure wheel and the mold). Under the rolling of the pressure wheel, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold (the through holes evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold).
