(1) Raw material preparation is a system including screening, drying and output;
(2) Bar making process is composed of extrusion bar making, bar cutting and bar collecting;
(3) Carbonization process is composed of transporting, stacking, carbonization and kiln output;
During the production process, if the raw material is coarse and not fine, it can be equipped with pulverizer. If the raw material has too much moisture, it can be equipped with dryer. Mechanism charcoal production is to crush the raw materials into 2-6mm granules, drying or drying so that the moisture content is less than 12%, into the rod-making machine after high temperature extrusion to make it into fuel rods (without adding any binder), and then put into the carbonization kiln for carbonization, made of mechanism charcoal.

Drying Stage
The temperature of this stage is 20-150 degrees Celsius, the pyrolysis rate is very slow, mainly the moisture contained in the wood depends on the heat supplied from the outside to evaporate, and there is almost no change in the chemical composition of the wood material.
Pre-carbonization stage
This stage of the temperature of 50-275 degrees Celsius, the thermal decomposition of wood materials is more obvious, the chemical composition of wood materials began to change, which is not stable components, such as hemicellulose decomposition of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.
The above two stages should be outside the supply of heat to ensure that the pyrolysis temperature rises, so it is also known as the heat-absorbing decomposition stage.
. Carbonization stage
The temperature of this stage is 75-400 degrees Celsius, in this stage, the wood material is sharply thermal decomposition, generating a large number of decomposition products. The liquid product contains a large amount of acetic acid, methanol and wood tar, and the carbon dioxide content of the gas product gradually decreases, while methane, ethylene and other flammable gases gradually increase. This stage releases a large amount of reaction heat, so it is also called the exothermic reaction stage.
Calcination stage
The temperature rises 450-500 degrees Celsius, and this stage relies on the external supply of heat for the calcination of charcoal to discharge the volatile substances remaining in the charcoal and increase the fixed carbon content of the charcoal. At this point, there are few liquid products generated.
