1,Tighten all the joint bolts, especially the three top wires of the inner sleeve of the heating cylinder, connect the cooling water pipeline, connect the electrical and power lines.
2,Check all lubrication parts.
3,Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
4, no load start running 5 minutes, no card, touch and other abnormal phenomena, can be put into normal production. When the test machine found abnormal, must immediately stop, find the cause, troubleshooting and then no-load operation.
5,Adjust the temperature regulator to the required temperature, when the temperature reaches the predetermined humidity before starting, and the appropriate amount of feed.
6, gradually increase the amount of feed, until the normal production of qualified products, when the normal production of 30 minutes, before indicating the success of the test run, normal production operation.
7,Before stopping the machine, make no material in the hopper, and immediately after stopping the machine, turn it upside down for 1 minute, so that the raw materials contained in the propellers are withdrawn.
