Check whether the oil filling hole of the eccentric shaft of the press roll is blocked to prevent burning of the bearings by oil filling.

Check the contact gap of the pressure roller, ensure the parallelism and perpendicularity of the pressure roller, and ensure the consistent contact of the pressure roller. Check whether it is matched with the pressure roller. If it is not matched, it must be adjusted immediately.
