The production process of machine-made charcoal is mainly divided into three parts: raw material preparation, stick making, and carbonization:
(1) Raw material preparation is a system including screening, drying, and output;
(2) The stick making process is composed of extrusion stick making, firewood stick cutting, and firewood stick collection;
(3) The carbonization process is composed of firewood stick transportation, firewood stick stacking, carbonization, and kiln discharge;
If the raw materials are coarse and not fine during the production process, a crusher can be equipped. If the raw materials have too much moisture, a dryer can be equipped. The production of machine-made charcoal is to crush the raw materials into 2-6mm particles, dry or air-dry them to make the moisture content less than 12%, enter the stick-making machine, and undergo high-temperature extrusion to make firewood sticks (without adding any binder), and then put them into the carbonization kiln for carbonization to make machine-made charcoal.

Product Analysis

The screened raw coal is put into the warehouse, which can solve the problem of blockage of the processed coal powder material and play a filtering role. The next step is to crush the coal material. Since the particle size of the raw coal is uneven, some are in block or too large particles, which is not conducive to the processing of the coal rod machine in the later stage. The particle size of the coal powder is generally controlled at about 0.3 mm, so crushing and grinding are very important.
The coal powder enters the double-shaft mixer, and the principle of spiral propulsion is used to mix the mixture entering the mixer evenly and then send it to the next process. During the mixing process, it is necessary to add appropriate adhesives to mix evenly.
