The coal rod extruder uses the principle of spiral extrusion to compress the prepared cheap coal powder into a cylindrical or plum blossom-shaped coal rod with a certain strength, which is used to replace expensive lump coal. It can make full use of cheap coal powder and reduce fuel costs.
The coal rod extruder uses a variable pitch impeller to forcefully push the coal powder at the rear of the barrel forward. After the volume of the coal powder in the barrel is compressed, it is extruded through the circular hole of the front head to form a coal rod. There are many shapes of circular holes and coal rods. The coal rod is naturally broken by gravity during the forward process.
