Carbon Powder Extruder Maintenance:
1. Maintain the screws around the feeder of the coal stick machine, and tighten loose screws with a wrench.
2. Maintain the feeder and extrusion barrel of the coal rod machine. This link mainly checks whether there is any distance deviation between the feeder and the extrusion barrel. If there is any deviation, adjust it immediately.
3. Maintain the running bearings of each component of the coal rod machine. The maintenance method is to add some lubricating oil to each bearing to ensure that the bearings can operate smoothly.
