1. Turn off the power before cleaning and wait for the extruder to cool to room temperature.
2. Use detergent and clean water for cleaning, and be careful not to let water flow into the machine.
3. The concentration of the cleaning fluid should be controlled at about 3%, and the use temperature should be between 50℃-60℃.
4. The cleaning time should be determined according to the frequency of use and the use environment. Generally, deep cleaning should be performed every 3 months.
5. After rinsing, the machine should be dried with an electric fan.

3. The lubricated parts include sliding parts, gears and bearings, etc. Attention should be paid to the amount of lubricating oil dripped, uniform coating and surrounding cleanliness.
