Carbonization furnaces usually need to reach higher temperatures to effectively carbonize materials. If your carbonization furnace can only reach 350 degrees, then you may need to check the heat source, air circulation in the furnace, and furnace sealing. These three issues:
1. Heat source: Is the fuel or electricity supply you use sufficient and is the heat source working properly.
2. Air circulation in the furnace: Is the ventilation and air circulation good, and is the air flowing in the furnace.
3. Furnace sealing: Is the sealing of the furnace door and the furnace good and there is no air leakage.

Product Analysis

During the entire carbonization process, the wood is maintained at a temperature of about 100°C or below in the carbonization equipment. At this temperature, the moisture in the wood is evaporated until it reaches zero, and then the combustion temperature of the firewood will rise to 280°C. The energy for this step comes from part of the wood combustion heat absorbed by some of the carbonization equipment. It is an energy absorption or endothermic reaction.

When the wood is dried and heated to about 280°C, a pyrolysis reaction occurs and the wood begins to decompose into charcoal, water vapor, methanol, acetic acid and more complex chemicals, mainly in the form of tar and non-condensable gases composed of hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Air is controlled to be put into the kiln during this process, and the oxygen in it is absorbed by the burning wood to become carbon dioxide, so there is also nitrogen in the kiln.
