Equipment Analysis

The hoisting carbonization furnace is a new type of equipment. It includes a furnace body, a furnace cover, a heating chamber, and an exhaust pipe. A carbonization liner is installed in the furnace of the furnace body, and a cover is installed on the carbonization liner. The upper edge of the carbonization liner is fixed with a downward-folded annular flange, and the downward-folded annular flange is matched with the annular sealing ring fixed on the upper inner side of the furnace. The side wall of the carbonization liner, the cover on the carbonization liner, and the furnace cover are respectively fixed with hoisting ears. The new carbonization furnace is separated from the combustion chamber and adopts a movable carbonization liner to achieve continuous operation. One furnace body can be equipped with multiple carbonization liners. When replacing the carbonization liner, no preheating treatment is required. The cooling of the carbonization liner is completely separated from the furnace body, thereby improving the carbonization work efficiency.

Equipment Introduction

Put the firewood sticks or branches with high density processed by the rod making machine into the retort, then hoist the loaded heavy can into the furnace, cover and seal it, and ignite it. During the heating process, combustible gas will be generated in the can, and these gases will be returned to the furnace through the gas collecting pipe for combustion. One furnace can hold three cans at the same time, and the combustible gases generated by the three cans are connected by the gas collecting pipe and can be interconnected. In this way, three retorts are placed at the same time, and only the bottom of one of the cans needs to be heated, and the finished product can be carbonized in 7-10 hours. Then hoist the retort out, cool it for 10 hours, and open the furnace cover to get the finished machine-made charcoal. (Once ignited, as long as one can is working, there is no need to add fuel, and the excess combustible gas can be connected to other retorts through the gas collecting pipe for use).

The environmentally friendly smokeless carbonization furnace is an updated product of the square carbonization furnace. It uses the principle of dry distillation carbonization to heat and decompose the firewood in the furnace to generate combustible gas and charcoal. It uses a movable steel plate structure, and the smoke exhaust pipe on the top of the furnace is connected to the separator and the induced draft fan in turn. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, large effective volume, advanced carbonization process, short cycle, high output, good environmental protection, and long service life. The environmentally friendly smoke removal tank can recycle and remove the tar and other smoke generated during carbonization through chemical and physical methods at one time, greatly reducing the emission of smoke in the air and preventing pollution.
