When heating the carbonization furnace, the following issues should be noted: When the furnace temperature is 100℃~150℃, the humidity in the furnace is the highest. Each kilogram of raw material rod will bring in 4~8% of moisture when entering the kiln, and 1700kg of raw material will bring in more than 100 kilograms of water at most. This moisture will have a serious impact on the quality of carbonization, so the dehumidification system is an indispensable key, and the dehumidification time is 1~1.5 hours.
