The carbonization furnace uses a self-produced gas furnace as a heat source, uses methane gas to pass through a cyclone, and enters the burner with air distribution. The burner outlet temperature can reach 800℃～1200℃, and its flow rate can reach 3～5 meters per second. The high-temperature airflow generated is heated outside the combustion chamber. When heating the carbonization furnace, the following issues should be noted: When the furnace temperature is 100℃～150℃, the humidity in the furnace is the highest. Each kilogram of raw material rod will bring in 4～8% of moisture when entering the kiln, and 1700kg of raw material will bring in more than 100 kilograms of water at most. This moisture will have a serious impact on the quality of carbonization, so the dehumidification system is an indispensable key, and the dehumidification time is 1～1.5 hours.
