Charcoal-producing furnace principle:

1. Prepare raw materials. Commonly used carbonization raw materials include branches, sawdust, straw, bamboo chips, rice husks, lignite, walnut shells, peanut shells, furfural residue, coffee grounds, sugarcane bagasse, etc. Raw materials have an important impact on the quality and performance of medium-temperature carbon. Raw materials with high moisture content must be dried.
2. The drying stage of medium-temperature carbon production. At this stage, the temperature in the continuous carbonization furnace is generally 200-300 degrees Celsius, and the moisture in the raw materials is completely evaporated.
3. The carbonization stage of medium-temperature carbon production. The temperature in the continuous carbonization furnace at this stage is generally 350-600 degrees Celsius, and the organic matter in the raw materials decomposes into solid carbon.
4. Post-processing stage of medium-temperature carbon. This is the cooling stage of the charcoal. During the carbonization process, the carbon will generate a large amount of gas, which requires cooling to prevent the carbon from continuing to gasify at high temperatures. The cooled fixed carbon is discharged from the continuous carbonization furnace.

5.Medium temperature carbon is a commonly used carbonizing material and has a wide range of applications in different industries. In the metallurgical industry, medium-temperature carbon is mostly used as a reducing agent in the iron-making and steel-making processes; in the chemical industry, medium-temperature carbon can be used as a catalyst or adsorbent; in the electronics industry, medium-temperature carbon is mostly used to prepare electrode materials.
