Maintenance of Biomass Pellet Line: Before starting the machine, be sure to check the oil circuit of the pellet machine production line, whether the oil circuits of butter and gear oil are unobstructed, and the filter element under the reduction box should also be checked regularly; how to adjust the gap between the roller and the mold? If the gap between them is too large, the output will be low and the current will not increase. If the gap is small, the wear of the mold and the roller will accelerate. What is the appropriate gap between them? The thickness of an A4 paper is used as the standard; use fine sand, waste oil, sawdust and some oil to grind the mold.

In general, the single machine is in stock and is usually shipped 7-10 days after the order is placed.
