This is a major difference from similar compression molding equipment.

The pressing wheel of this model adopts a large groove width, which is pressure-resistant and wear-resistant. The compression molding of wood chips and straw requires a lot of pressure. In similar pelletizing, briquetting, and rod making equipment, the pressing wheel component is the central component of the entire equipment. The advantage of the "cone wheel flat die" that the pressing wheel can be arbitrarily enlarged is incomparable to other equipment. For example, the ring model pelletizer is limited by the diameter of the ring die, and the pressing wheel cannot be enlarged, resulting in a smaller pressing wheel bearing room. The assembled bearing does not have a strong pressure-bearing capacity, and the bearing damage leads to the disadvantage of three stops and two breaks for the equipment.
