‌Cleaning equipment‌: Before debugging, clean the inside of the equipment, remove stones, welding slag and other debris left during installation, and ensure that the inside of the equipment is clean. ‌
‌Check the steam pipe system‌: Ensure that the steam pipe system has good pressure relief and water-repellent functions to ensure the dry and saturated tempering steam required for granulation, and ensure that there is always 0.058-0.4MPA steam after the pressure reducing valve. ‌Adjust the distance between the pressure roller and the ring die‌: Before starting the pellet machine, the distance between the pressure roller and the ring die should be adjusted. Generally, when the ring die is turned, the pressure roller seems to turn but not turn, so as to avoid adjusting the distance between the ring die and the pressure roller too small to avoid friction and wear, which will affect production efficiency.
