In fact, at this time, the operator can open the inspection port of the biomass burner feeding system to check whether there are impurities, nails, ropes and other debris blocking the feeding port of the biomass pellet fuel; if there are no debris, then it may be a problem with the biomass pellet fuel. Excessive length of pellet fuel can also cause obstruction and jamming.

Solution: first poke it a few times with a wooden stick, never use sharp objects such as wire and steel bars to prevent the screw from being drawn into it and causing damage to the screw. Insert the hopper plug of the hopper, open the inspection port of the feeding system, and clean up the stuck debris. If the problem is caused by the biomass pellet fuel being too long, the overlong pellet fuel can be crushed. For the unadded material bag, the biomass pellet fuel can be crushed with your feet, but not too crushed. If the biomass burner fuel is too broken, it is easy to cause material obstruction and jamming.
