Preparation of tools and parts: Tools to be prepared include hammers, circlip pliers, chisels, jacks, etc., while parts include pressure roller shells, bearings, eccentric shaft, oil retaining ring, gland, spacer ring, circlip, cover, check ring. nuts, etc.
Installation of bearings: First, clean the inside of the roll shell with a rag and brush with lubricant to improve smoothness. Then, put both hands into the bearing and make sure it is square. Take turns tapping the bearing so that it enters the pressure roller shell evenly and smoothly until it is flush with the section.
Install the oil retaining ring: Install the oil retaining ring into the correct position on the inside wall of the nip roll shell.
Install the circlip: Use circlip pliers to snap the circlip into the circlip groove and use a chisel to assist in fitting it into place.
Install the spacer ring: Put the spacer ring into position, pay attention to the direction to avoid installing the opposite.
Install the eccentric shaft and lubricate: Brush the eccentric shaft with lubricant and install it on the pressure roller shaft.
Final installation of the gland: Turn the gland clockwise and install it on the pressure roller shaft.
