The biomass pellet machine will first have a feed port, which is open like a big mouth, waiting for various biomass raw materials to be put in. These raw materials can be wood chips, straw, rice husks, etc. They are fed into the interior of the pellet machine through the feed port, ready to start their transformation journey.
Before entering the compression chamber, some raw materials may need to undergo preliminary crushing. This is to make the particle size of the raw materials more uniform, which is convenient for subsequent high-pressure compression and molding. Imagine if the raw materials are all large pieces, how hard it would be to compress them! So, this step is to make the raw materials more "obedient".

Product Analysis

Pressing wheel (pressing roller): It is a key component for extruding raw materials to form particles. It will gradually wear out as the use time increases, resulting in a decrease in the extrusion force on the raw materials.
Mold: An important component that determines the shape and size of particles. Wear will cause the smoothness of the die hole to deteriorate and increase the resistance of the material passing through the die hole.
An important component in the bearing and gear transmission system. Wear will lead to a decrease in transmission efficiency, increased energy consumption and noise.
Feeding device: responsible for feeding raw materials into the biomass pellet machine. Wear may cause poor feeding, blockage or uneven distribution of raw materials.
Ring die: The pressing capacity will be weakened due to wear, which may cause coarsening of particle size, reduced output, increased temperature, cracking of ring die, significant card marks on the surface, adhesion on the inner wall and other problems.
In order to maintain the efficient operation of the equipment and the quality of pellets, these parts need to be inspected and maintained regularly and replaced when necessary.
