What should we do when our biomass fuel pellet machine has problems? This is a question that our customers are very concerned about, because if we don't pay attention, a small part may destroy our equipment. Therefore, we must pay attention to the maintenance and repair of the equipment, so that our pellet machine can operate normally or even overload without problems. The following editor introduces some issues that need to be paid attention to when disassembling and assembling the fuel pellet machine:
1. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to remove the feed cover, just open the observation window on the pelletizing chamber to check the working condition of the press wheel.
2. If you need to replace the press wheel or replace the mold, you need to remove the feed cover and the press wheel bin, unscrew the screws and nuts on it, and then unscrew the locking nut on the main shaft, lift the entire press wheel assembly with a lifting belt and move it out of the press wheel bin, and then screw two lifting screws to the process holes on the mold plate, lift it with a lifting belt, and then turn the other side of the mold over for use.
3. If the roller skin or roller bearing needs to be replaced, remove the outer sealing cover on the roller, remove the round nut on the roller shaft, and then drive the roller bearing out from the inside out. After the bearing is removed, it needs to be replaced or not (cleaned with diesel), the inner hole of the roller should be kept clean, and then the roller assembly can be installed in reverse order.

1. Do not add too much raw material in the initial operation stage of the pellet machine. During the running-in period, the output of the new machine is generally lower than the rated output, but after the running-in period, the output will reach the rated output of the machine itself.
2. Pay special attention to the analysis when grinding the pellet machine. The pellet machine needs to be run-in before it is purchased and operated. Before formal use, reasonable grinding has a very important impact on the later use of the pellet machine. The ring die roller of the fuel pellet machine is a heat-treated part. During the heat treatment process, there are some burrs in the inner hole of the ring die. These burrs will hinder the flow and forming of materials during the operation of the pellet machine. It is strictly forbidden to add hard debris into the feeding device to avoid damaging the mold and affecting the production efficiency and life of the pellet machine.
3. In terms of the smoothing and cooling process of the biomass pellet machine, the roller of the pellet machine should squeeze the sawdust and other materials into the inner hole of the mold, and push the raw materials on the back into the raw materials in the front. The roller of the pellet machine directly affects the forming of the pellets.

Adjustment of the gap between the ring die and the roller For the adjustment of the gap between the new ring die and the roller, the highest point of the ring die and the roller should be slightly in contact, and the roller should reach the state of "seemingly turning but not turning". If the adjustment is made in the working state, the pressure of the ring die and the roller can be appropriately increased, but it must be stopped at the right time. If the gap between the ring die and the roller is too large, the roller cannot rotate, causing blockage. If the gap between the ring die and the roller is too small, the wear of the ring die and the roller will increase, the load will increase, and serious damage to the ring die and the roller will be caused. Check the gap between the ring die and the roller in time, at least once every four working hours. When adjusting each roller, pay attention to the adjustment direction of each roller. The sum of the moments of each roller relative to the granulator shaft should be zero, so as to protect the granulator from the influence of asymmetric forces.
