The screen is an important component for screening materials inside the wood crusher. During the production operation of the wood crusher, the materials that meet the size are screened out by the screen and sent to the discharge port by the fan. Some raw materials with high water content may be stuck in the holes of the screen during the screening process, which will cause the screen to be blocked. Therefore, we must clean the screen after the daily production operation to avoid the screen being blocked during the next production process.

After the end of each day's production operation, we have to clean the inside of the wood crusher and check the use of the internal components of the wood crusher. The cleaning work is mainly to clean the material residue inside the wood crusher to avoid accumulation and blockage. The inspection of components is mainly to check whether the components are worn. If so, they should be replaced in time to avoid delays to the next production operation.
Before we do maintenance and care, we need to understand the vulnerable parts of the wood crusher, and these vulnerable parts need to be maintained and cared for. The vulnerable parts of the wood crusher generally include blades, bearings, screens, etc. The first is the blade, because the blade is directly related to the overall output and crushing efficiency of the wood crusher, and once it is worn, the output and crushing efficiency of the wood crusher will decrease. Therefore, we have to check the blade of the wood crusher after the production operation every day. Once the wear is found, we can try to use a sharpener to grind and repair it. If there is a large gap that cannot be repaired, it is necessary to replace the new blade.
