Product Analysis

At present, the wood chippers tend to be large-scale, with high energy consumption, inconvenient to move, and are mostly suitable for branches with larger diameters. However, the diameter of most orchard pruned branches is generally less than 30mm, so it is urgent to develop and produce small and portable wood chippers. The wood chips from the crushed waste branches have a wide range of uses, such as green fertilizer, compression molding fuel, biogas fermentation raw materials, compost raw materials, biomass carbonization raw materials, and culture medium materials for cultivating edible fungi.

In order to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and protect the ecological environment, when the wood chips from the crushed waste branches are used as biomass carbonization and compost, branches with a diameter of more than 30mm need to be crushed non-repeatedly in a single-channel feeding manner to make the wood chips less than 30mm in length and less than 5mm in particle size.
