Lubricating oil should be injected into the bearing every 300 hours of work. Before injection, the bearing should be taken out and cleaned carefully. The inside of the bearing seat should be cleaned before injecting lubricating oil to avoid contamination of the lubricating oil by dirt, which will lead to a decrease in its use effect. Injecting lubricating oil into the bearing is mainly used to improve the lubricity of the bearing and reduce the wear caused during work.

Also, every time the wood crusher has been working for a period of time, we have to check whether the tightness of the V-belt is appropriate, because the tightness of the V-belt will change after the wood crusher has been working for a long time. If it is too tight, it will cause the bearings and motor temperatures of the wood crusher to continue to rise, and in severe cases, it may even cause the bearings to deform and the motor to burn out. If it is too loose, it will cause the wood crusher to have insufficient crushing power and blockage. Therefore, every time the wood crusher has been working for a period of time, we have to check whether the tightness of the V-belt is appropriate.
