The production line of machine to make sawdust briquettes to make charcoal is: Crusher (crush the wood into less than 5mm particles) --> Dryer (the dryer can be rotary dryer or sawdust dryer which are drying the small particles to less than 12% moisture) --> energy-saving wood sawdust briquetting presses machine (make the small dry particles into wood briquettes) --> Carbonization furnace (carbonize the wood briquettes into charcoal briquettes).

Wood dust charcoal briquetting machine is specially designed with four rollers that can enlarge equipment pressure and improve briquette making efficiency. In addition, hydraulic device can be alternative if required.
