Start the machine:
Start the machine in the correct startup sequence, start the main motor first, then start the conditioning motor, feeding motor, etc. in sequence.
During the startup process, pay attention to the operation of each component. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Adjust the feeding amount and steam amount:
According to the properties and formula of the material, adjust the speed of the feeder and the amount of steam added to ensure that the material can be pressed into particles smoothly.
During the adjustment process, pay attention to the quality and output of the particles and adjust them to the best state in time.

Adjust the gap between the ring die and the roller:
During the pelletizing process, the gap between the ring die and the roller should be adjusted according to the actual situation to ensure that the gap is reasonable and stable.
If the gap is too large, the material will slip between the roller and the ring die and cannot be pelletized; if the gap is too small, the wear of the ring die and the roller will increase and their service life will be shortened.
Shutdown and cleaning:
After production, the machine should be shut down in the correct shutdown sequence, first turn off the feeding motor and steam valve, and then turn off the main motor.
After shutdown, the accumulated material in the pressing chamber and the material in the die hole should be cleaned to prevent it from drying and affecting the next use.
