1. The die hole should be filled with oily materials before removing the ring die.
2. Loosen the clamping bolts on the cutter seat of the pellet machine and move the cutter upward.
3. Open the main machine door and remove the bolts on the feed hopper with an inner hexagonal wrench to remove the feed hopper.
4. It is necessary to remove the gap adjustment block and adjust the pressure roller so that the outside of the pressure roller is away from the inner wall of the ring die.
5. Hold the screen between the ring die pellet machine and the connecting sleeve when removing it.
