1. Clean all the dust on the coal rod machine equipment. Pay attention to dust removal during the disassembly process. Dust should not invade the moving parts during the disassembly inspection.
2. Open the interior for cleaning and inspection, check the wear of bearings, spirals, triangular lining plates, feed nozzles and other components, and replace the bearing grease.
3. Remove the bearing cover of the roller shaft, check the wear of the bearing, and remove the visual cover of the reducer to check the wear and meshing status of the gear.
4. Check whether the foundation bolts and safety bolts are loosened and tightened.

Use and inspection of Charcoal briquetting machine:
1. The gear oil in the open gearbox must invade the gear by more than 60 mm.
2. Open the roller bearing every three months and replace the bearing with grease or refuel with a grease gun.
3. Add gear oil to the reducer, and the filling amount will penetrate 60 mm into the gear, which can provide effective daily maintenance and inspection and extend the service life of the equipment.
4. The bearing of the coal rod forming machine is also key. If the bearing seat is not sealed, the bearing is easily damaged.
5. There is a nut at the outlet end to block the coal rod mold, and it is also easy to disassemble.
