Straw charcoal machine maintenance:
1. Before starting each shift, check whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether there are any abnormal noises. The machine can be put into production after running for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. The raw materials have been processed until the large particle size is less than 3mm. Water, binder and curing agent are added, and the mixture can be used after stirring and retting for 24 hours.
3. If the discharge port is blocked, use wooden or bamboo strips to clear it. Do not use metal rods.
4. The bearings in the rotating parts of the machine must be regularly injected with lubricating oil, and the temperature of the bearing parts should not exceed 60 degrees.
5. Stop unloading before stopping the machine. Stop the machine after the material in the cylinder is squeezed out. Disassemble the machine head, clean it and reinstall it to prepare for the next shift.
