4. Cooling. The processed biochar is currently in a high temperature state, and the cooling system is used to cool it down to prevent oxidation and cracking at high temperature.
5. Collection. The cooled biochar will form a hard structure, which can be used or processed into activated carbon after collection.

Preheating equipment:
Before starting the carbonization furnace, it is necessary to preheat the equipment so that the furnace temperature gradually rises to the temperature range required for carbonization.

When the raw materials are carbonized in the carbonization furnace, the discharging system is turned on to discharge the carbonized products (such as biochar) from the furnace.
The carbonized products are usually at high temperatures after discharge and need to be cooled to prevent oxidation and cracking. Cooling can be achieved through natural cooling or a cooling system.
The cooled carbonized products are collected and the residues in the furnace and pipelines are cleaned.
The collected carbonized products are stored and further processed or used as needed. Biochar can be used in many fields such as soil improvement and fuel.
