Product Analysis

The production process of Wood Pellet Production Line includes three steps: crushing, drying and molding. The process is as follows:

1. Raw material crushing:
The raw material is initially crushed by a jaw crusher and then sent to a ball mill by a belt conveyor. After fine crushing, it is conveyed to a vibrating screen for classification by a belt conveyor. The finished product particle size can be adjusted; it can also be directly shaped by a hammer sand blaster in a dry state.

2. Drying:
The material is heated to about 50-70°C in the drying room and enters the airflow drying chamber for heat exchange. The temperature can reach more than 100°C; the material falls in the drying chamber in a fluffy state (i.e. boiling drying), and further evaporates water in the hot air flow, and then is filtered out of the filter bag. If the dust content of the exhaust gas needs to be further reduced and an induced draft fan is used, a dust collector is installed.

3. Granulation:
When the particles are cooled to a non-sticky state, they are demolded from the mold hole to form a finished particle product with uniform particle size. Due to the advantages of low investment and low energy consumption, this equipment is widely used in the machine-made charcoal industry and biomass energy industry, where users need to produce various fuels.
